What to Expect: Your First 30 Days in Minnetonka

Every new client relationship follows the same sequence. Nothing is assumed, and every step produces a written record that both parties can refer to.

Building walkthrough

We visit your facility with a clipboard, not a pitch. Every space is noted — square footage estimate, floor type, surface materials, restroom count, any areas that need special handling or restricted access. We ask about your weekly and seasonal calendar at this stage.

Written scope of work

We produce a written scope listing every space, every task, cleaning frequency and product category. If a space is not on the scope, the crew will not clean it. If a task is not listed, it is not included. You review the scope before signing anything.

Crew assignment

A named crew is assigned to your building before the contract starts. They are briefed on the scope and walk the building once with us before the first paid clean. You receive the crew members' names and a contact number for the crew lead.

First clean

The first clean runs to the scope. If your administrator or facilities volunteer wants to walk through with us afterward, we welcome it. Missed items from the first clean are corrected at no charge on the next scheduled visit.

30-day check-in

At the 30-day mark we contact you for a formal check-in. If any tasks need adjusting, frequencies need changing or new spaces need adding, we update the scope in writing. Scope additions are priced; scope reductions are credited from the next invoice.

Response Commitment

If you report a missed item or a quality concern, we respond by the next business day and correct the issue on the next scheduled clean at no charge. If the issue is urgent — a restroom left uncleaned before a service, for example — call us directly and we will make arrangements to return the same day where our schedule allows.

We do not dispute quality complaints. If it is in the scope and it was missed, we fix it.

Scheduling Changes

Holiday closures, special events, building rentals and seasonal programming all affect cleaning schedules. We ask for 48 hours' notice for schedule changes where possible. For planned events like Christmas Eve services or Easter weekend, we build the schedule adjustment into the contract at signing so nothing has to be negotiated in December.
