Church Cleaning FAQs for Minnetonka Businesses

Common questions from church administrators and trustees in the Minnetonka area.

Do you clean after Sunday services or before?

Either, or both. Most of our Minnetonka area clients schedule a clean on Saturday so the building is fresh for Sunday morning. Some also schedule a light clean Monday morning after the Sunday attendance. We build the schedule around your service times, not ours.

Can you handle our Christmas Eve and Easter cleaning?

Yes, and we prefer to plan it in the contract at signing rather than scrambling in December. High-demand periods are noted in the scope so the crew is confirmed before the rush, not the week before a major service.

We use volunteer teams now. Is a professional contract worth it?

That depends on your facility and your volunteers. A realistic comparison is in our article Volunteer Teams vs a Professional Cleaning Contract. The short answer: volunteers work well for weekly tidying, less well for floor care, restroom sanitation and deep cleaning before high-attendance events.

What if the crew misses something?

Call or email us. We respond by the next business day and correct missed items on the next scheduled clean at no charge. We do not dispute scope items that were missed.

Do you use fragrance-free or green cleaning products?

We can. Product preferences and restrictions go into the written scope before the contract starts. If your congregation includes members with chemical sensitivities or you have a building policy on product types, tell us at the walkthrough and we will work within those requirements.

How do you handle building access and keys?

Key-handling procedure is documented in the contract. We do not hold master keys unless the client specifically provides one. Most clients give us a secondary entry key and document the alarm code procedure in the scope. Our article on scheduling and access covers this in more detail.

Can you clean our fellowship hall after a rental event?

Yes. Post-event cleaning is available as a standalone booking or as an add-on to a recurring contract. We ask for 48 hours' advance notice for post-event bookings. The scope for post-event cleaning is agreed in writing before the event so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote. See our coverage details.

How long have you been in business?

23 years. We have been cleaning faith facilities and commercial spaces in the Twin Cities area since 2003.

What towns do you serve?

We serve Minnetonka and communities within 25 miles, including Hopkins, Eden Prairie, Plymouth, Wayzata, Deephaven, Excelsior, Chanhassen and Saint Louis Park. See the full service area.
