Our typical client is a church administrator or facilities volunteer responsible for maintaining a building that hosts 100 to 1,000 people per week across multiple programmes. The building has a sanctuary, a fellowship hall or multipurpose space, nursery and classroom areas, and shared restrooms. It may also host outside groups, community programmes or rental events that increase cleaning demand unpredictably.

Every new client relationship starts with a building walkthrough. We look at every space that will be included in the contract, note the floor types, surface materials, access requirements and any areas that require special handling. From that walkthrough, we produce a written scope of work. The scope lists every space, every task and the frequency of each. Nothing is assumed.
Once the contract is running, the same crew is assigned to your building. They learn your layout, your calendar and your preferences. If a crew member changes, we introduce the replacement before the transition.
